Fresh Georgia Pecan Halves

Where it starts. Where it always comes back to.

South Georgia

One Pound. The Whole Story.

One pound is where every great pecan story starts. Fresh-shelled Georgia pecan halves, grown on our farm in Ocilla — rich, buttery, with the clean snap of a nut that hasn't been sitting on a shelf. This is the bag you try first and the bag you come back to.

Whether it goes into a pie, over a salad, or straight out of the bag before the rest of the family gets home — one pound of fresh Georgia pecans does what it's supposed to do. It tastes like something real.

The starting point. The reorder. The one you give someone when you want them to understand what a Georgia pecan actually is.

Storage & Freshness:
Unopened, our vacuum-sealed bags need no refrigeration — just keep them somewhere cool and dark. Pulling the air out at the farm is what keeps a pecan from going rancid.

Once you open the bag, move the pecans into an airtight container: up to 3 months at room temperature, up to 9 months refrigerated, or up to 2 years frozen.

Storage guidance per the American Pecan Council and New Mexico State University.
