ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Your order will be packaged and sent during our operational hours.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS: At this time we only ship to the United States of America and Canada. If you would like to place an order and you live outside the United States or Canada, please contact us at Gene Arnold <arnoldpecancompany@gmail.com> . We will be more than happy to assist with getting your order shipped to you.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs vary from state to state. We will do our best to match you with the best shipping cost available. We currently offer FREE shipping for all orders over $50.00US. We also offer local pickup.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: At this time we do not offer any returns, cancellations or changes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
COVID WARNING: Please know that it is out of our control if there are delays in your shipping of products. If your package is running late, please contact us and we will see where it is, and what we can do. Most times, we ask you to please be patient during these times of delay.
